FG: 1.001, ABV: 5.8%, Mash Water 4.8L, Sparge Water 12.5L, Preboil SG: 1.031
2.
Hop stand 85C for 20 min, 1st dryhop on day 2 for 3 days
3.
Pitch enzymes & yeast nutrients on day 5 for secondary fermentation.
4.
2nd dryhop on day 7 for 3days and raise the temp. up 1C per each day for last 3 days
5.
Clean up the secondary fermentation vessel with hot water over 70C
