0.625 qt for 0.5 lb mash for 1 hr. Start at 145F to 155F. 0.625 qt included in the 1.5 gal

10 min whirlpool 180-190F, then cooled with chiller for 20 min. Let hop bag or spider drip out before siphoning.

1.6g dry hop 4/2 with small amt of fermentation left

2.5g dry hop 4/14, removed 4/18ish
