Special Instructions

1.
Fazer infusao a parte dos maltes escuros (add @10m do final da fervura)
2.
Add 12L de agua 70c (5.2 pH) ao mash tun da leva anterior
3.
Add graos desta receita e fazer infusao simples 66c @60min
4.
Drenar o mosto para a panela de fervura sobre o trub da leva anterior
5.
Lavar graos com mais 3 ou 4 litros de agua (ate bater 15L pre-fervura)
6.
Proceder fervura como indicado na receita (@30min)
7.
Ao fim da fervura add lupulos em flame out e deixar por @30min
8.
Ao chegar a 70c descer mosto para o fermentador
9.
Resfriar ate 35c para inocular o fermento
10.
Fazer starter com 2/3 do pacote de Voss em dia anterior
11.
Fermentar 30c @7d
12.
Maturar 30c @5d
13.
Cold Crash 4c @5d e Envase
