Strike temp: 158F, Strike volume: 2.97 gal, Grain Temp: 79F, Mash temp: 148F for 60mins. Mashout: 1.9 gal at vigorous boil. Brought mash temp to 168F. First runnings: 3.75 gal at 14 Brix. Sparge water: 3.76 gal @ 168F brought mash temp to 164. Second Runnings: 3.5 gal at 5 brix. Pre boil: Brix 9, Volume 7.25 gal. 90 min boil. Final Post Boil: Brix 11.8 at 5.5 gal.
