Sparge water: 3.76 gal @ 168F brought mash temp to 164. Second Runnings: 3.5 gal at 5 brix. Pre boil: Brix 9, Volume 7.25 gal. 90 min boil. Final Post Boil: Brix 11.8 at 5.5 gal.
