Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash 151-152 degrees, one hour or until conversion.
2.
Mash out at 170 degrees and sparge.
3.
Stir in dextrose and bring to boil.
4.
Ferment at 67 degrees.

    thanks, actually googled that today and found it. I wonder how close it really is to the real deal.

    I just brewed a variation of it, though I added Amarillo to the hop bill and replaced the crystal malt with munich. It's about 7 days into dry hopping and tastes great right now. Can't wait to keg it and enjoy.
