I make jalapeño tincture with vodka. Then pour a glass and add jalapeño till I get the heat I want, then scale it for beer being bottled/kegged

Raspberries get added to secondary crush then freeze. I thaw for 20min before adding to beer. Allow raspberry sugars to ferment out about a week.

    Added notes for them and quantities if you want it spicier add more tincture but I like a very subtle heat so it isn’t all about the jalapeño.
