Strike temp: 165F, Strike volume: 3.25 gal, Grain Temp: 78F, Mash temp: 153F for 60mins (ended at 147). Mashout: 1.75 gal at vigorous boil. Brought mash temp to 161F. First runnings: 3.5 gal at 15 Brix. Sparge water: 3 gal @ 168F brought mash temp to 157. Pre boil: Brix 11, Volume 6.7 gal. Final Post Boil: 1.052 at 5.25 gal. Ran wort chiller till temp leveled out at ~90F. Transferred 5 gallons to fermenter and placed in fermentation chiller (chiller set to 50F /- .7). Pitched 2 packets of yeast ...
