2.Batch sparge 5 gal. @ 168F
3.Make yeast starter with 2 cups water and 1/2 c. Golden light DME
4.Dry hop with 1/2 oz. each of Amarillo, Centennial and Citra on day 8. Leave in primary 15 days total then keg.
