Notes:
Just ok, a little dark could be more ruby red. Flavor is there, not too spicy, bitterness is fairly balanced, change yeast to make more interesting

changed black malt to pale chocolate like amber recipe, made more of a crystal blend for depth, changed malt to reflect abv w/o sugar, changed yeast to 090
