10% - Caramel/Crystal 20 - US
5% - Caramel/Crystal 40 - US
10% - Maris Otter Pale - UK
5% - Corn Sugar (Dextrose) - US
RIMS 30 min at 148. Slow flow. No stir

Notes:
mash in 152. rims 30 at 148. slowed mash flow, no stir.1033, 160 for 10 1038. mash out 24l. add dextrose. 60 min boil. 1054 but only 15 litres over boiled or under compensated at 3l per hr. bottles 2tsp per litre. tasting at 1 week. excellent! grapefruit. needed whirlfloc otherwise a winner. 2 most out in bottle. Cloudy but stellar. definitely winner. hopping is awsome. good booze maybe drop the dextrose a bit if there is.
