6-1-18 OG 1.104. put in Yeast Nutrient & Irish Moss during cool down (should have been added during boil). Put in Yeast Energizer during aeration. Efficiency was 66%. Used Amalysis (at 4 different times. 1 tsp each time). Cooked the corn for about 2hrs prior to adding the rye. I used flaked corn, not Hodgson Mill. I used actual Rye, not Hodgson. I used tap water, bot filtered. FG 1.015.

This recipe was cloned from 4 Corn 4-20-18 2P.
