Special Instructions

1.

Use 1.5 qt to 1 lb strike water ratio

2.

No hops added during boil (consider .5 oz Mosaic 5 min)

3.

At flame-out, add 1oz ea of Azacca, Citra, Ekuanot & Mosaic; steep for 20 mins

4.

After 20 min steep, cool to 75F, pitch yeast and aerate

5.

Ferment at 70-80F

6.

At high krausen (2-3 days) add 1 oz ea Ekuanot & Mosaic dry hop

7.

On Day 7, add 1 oz ea Citra & Ekuanot

8.

On Day 14, keg, purge and carb
