- Water Infusion
4/21- added strike water at 166 degrees added grains and it ended up being 150 strike temp...off by 2 degrees...no biggy...secondary fermentation on 5/5, add additional hops. bottle two weeks later, bottle condition for 2 weeks...drink and enjoy!
