Strike Water Temp: 174F Strike temp: 165F, Strike volume: 22.5 qt, Grain Temp: 80F, Mash temp: 152F for 60mins. First Runnings: 3.4 gallons Brix 23 Sparge water: 3.375 gal @ 168F brought temp to 160. Sparge: Brix 10 Pre boil: Brix 15, Volume 6.75 gal. Boiled 30 minutes before adding any hops in order to increase gravity. After 30 minutes: Brix 17, volume 6.5. Continued recipe as designed.
