8/18/17 Did starter 6:30am, using 200g DME and 2L water. Boiled 13min, got 1600mL at 11.3 brix (1.045).8/19/17 started to steep grains around 10:50 a.m. Sparge at 11:40 a.m. . Steeped in 2 gallons water and sparge with one gallon. Boil started at 12:05 p.m., pre boil gravity 11 brix (1.044). Followed timing schedule for hops.
