- Pitched a harvested 1272...fingers crossed.- I lost almost a full gallon to kettle dead space & trub. Next time set it to 0.8125 gal (pre-boil volume needs to be 7.3125 gallons for a 5.5 gallon batch).- Dry hopped with 1 oz Centennial and 0.75 oz Columbus
