Bready tones... A little cloudy as did it BIAB instead of in mash tun, where i could vorlauf. should have used additional 1oz at 30 & 1oz at 15 minutes.. low carbonation, would like more carbonation. Used 3/4 cup corn sugar to two cups of boiling water.

Altered recipe 4/9/17... Pitched yeast on 4/10/17, no chill method. Protein skin on wort as I did low mash temps for protein rest and beta amylase
