Special Instructions

Mash at 149 for 90 minutes. Sparge grain bag with water at 170 degrees. Add first wort hops to wort and begin heating to a boil.

Notes:

Could smell it from across the room. Juicy but does not linger for too long. Soft on the palate but heavy if you end up drinking it too fast.
