2.5 liters p/kg of grain for mash

Mosaic, Galaxy, & Simcoe can be used as alternatives

1kg DME can substitute 2kgs pale malt
4.
Ferment for 1 week in primary fermenter, rack to secondary
5.
Cold crash and gelatine for 2-3 days, then bottle condition for 4 weeks
6.
Can dry hop for 5 days in secondary before cold crash if desired
