Strike temp: 164.9F, Strike volume: 22.5 qt, Grain Temp: 73F (not sure), Mash temp: 152F for 60mins. First Runnings: 3.1 gallons Brix 24 Sparge water: 4 gal @ 185F brought temp to 165. Sparge: Brix 10.2 Pre boil: Brix 15.8, Volume 6.75 gal. Final Post Boil: Brix 17 at 5.8 gal. Ran wort chiller till temp leveled out at ~85F.
