1. Going with a darker crystal (steeping)
2. A bit more bittering (double check AA, and adjust hops accordingly, perhaps adding a bit more Fuggles)
3. Rest at flameout for 20 mins, then chill.
4. Accelerate the bottling. Once primary is over, leave 7 more days before bottling.
