Special Instructions

1.
Steep grain at 152F for 60 min. Vorloft 3 times, then move to boil.
2.
Sparge with 10 gal. Recirc for 30 min
3.
Follow boil schedule. Add Sugar and Irish Moss at 15min.
4.
Ferment at 65F for 7 days.
5.
Add dry hops at 7 days.
6.
Continue ferment for 3 days
7.
Cold crash on day 10.
8.
Keg on day 14.
9.
Keg condition for 5 days at 10 psi CO2.
