Add all ingredients to primary except Dap/K, and yeast right now. Mix, then let rest for 12 to 24 hours to let Pectic start to work.

Day 0: After pitching yeast, add 2g of Fermaid-K (any yeast nutrient) and 2g Diammonium Phosphate (DAP)
3.
Day 1, 3, 5, 7, 8: Degas mead by gently stirring, twirling the carboy carefully, or using a wine de-gasser
4.
Day 2, 4, 6: Gently stir and add 2g Fermaid-K (any yeast nutrient) and 2g of DAP
