Notes:
Nice beer but FG finished at 1.020 due to safbrew s33 used, dont believe it was any fault during process. Very heavy on mouthfeel needs a more suitable yeast in future maybe s06 from notes, belgian style. No belgian qualities from s33 used, low floculation which was the aim came through.
