Brew Session: 16l Kernel Double Citra IPA - 6.3 abv - BrewUk Extract

Stayed in primary for 3 weeks. Was very cloudy after 2 weeks but cleared by 3 weeks. ABV came out at 8%. Tasted very good when transferring to secondary for dry hopping. Dry hopped for 7 days and then kegged. Stored in fridge at 30psi for 2 nights before tasting. Lovely beer but slightly under-carbonated. Increased pressure back to 30 psi for 1 more day.
