Saccharification Rest

Special Instructions

1.
Bring 26.5 qt water to 153.3F then add grains. Saccharification rest @ 147.9 for 90 min.
2.
Remove grains and add water to achieve boil vol. of 6.12 gal for an ext. pre-boil gravity of 1.063.
3.
Bring to a boil and add DME and 60 min hop addition.
4.
Est. post boil vol. 4.70 gal ad est. post boil gravity 1.064
5.
Primary fermentation for 4 days. Secondary for 10 days. Dry hop last 5 days of secondary.
