Special Instructions
1.Add CaCl and gypsum to mash water to add minerals. Also added Acid blend to lower pH. pH was readable on test strips, Still too high I feel.
2.Mash at 155 degrees for 60 Minutes. Used a resting rack to drain wort from BIAB bag and then sparged with 168 degree water for 10 minutes. Squeezed out all the wort and then started pot to boil
