did the beer come out a bit thin? perhaps the yeast attenuated a bit too much, noticed the predicted FG is a bit on the low end. Is that what your FG turned out to be?
9/30/2016 8:57:51 PMYeah this was the FG. I didn't do a mashout when I sparged (double batch sparge) so the wort sat for about half an hour at 60 degrees which produced more easily fermentable sugars. Now I do a mash out at 76 degrees and the FG comes out at 1.012.
