adjusted bottle priming sugar rates based on temp of beer at time of bottling. Since it got down to 30F overnight, I cold crashed. This lowered the temp to around 45 at time of bottling. This may have resulted in under carbonation due to lack of CO2 absorbed in the beer since fermentation temps were much higher prior to cold crashing. When adjusting, only use temp of fermentation averages, don't include cold crash-induced lower temps.
