Special Instructions
1.Steep grains ate 155 F for 15 min then remove grain and bring to boil
2.Reduce or turn heat off and add DME and LME dissolve and apply heat
3.Apply heat and bring to boil for 60 min
4.Once complete reduce wort to 80f place in primary and add remaining water to 5.25 gal
