Notes:

aroma: Floral, Earthy, Chocolate, Roasty, Light Caramel flavor: Chocolate dominates Tasting Notes: Love this beer, Has a yeasty heart but a nice hoppy bitterness. Love the way the chocolate flavor sort of dominates the beer. Mouth feel is nice, could use more body though. Maybe mash at a high temp, I know I didn't hit my temp this time around but maybe 150-152 range would be more ideal.
