Brew Session: Nelson Single Hop Ale

Mashed with 20 ltrs at 67C for 70 min, mashout at 75C with 18 ltrs. All 3 hop additions in muslim bags. Chilled to far down, 17C in half an hour with immersion chiller..which were a little bit to cold for the yeast, Went bubbling first after 24 hours, slow but on its way.
