Took my American IPA recipe and modded to (hopefully) mimic Fieldwork's Sawhorse Rye IPA. Added a little Victory for color. Worked off Beersmith 2, which for some reason told us to start with 7 gallons of water (!!!). Took us a long time to get into OG range of 1.065-1.068. But we got there. Lesson learned. We'll see how this thing turns out.
