Special Instructions

Heat 4.5 gallons of water to 167 degrees (Strike Water)
2.
Mash Temp 155 degrees For 60 mins.
3.
Heat 5 gallons of water to 175 degrees (Sparge Water)
4.
Boil 1.5 gallons of water to boil (Mash Out)
5.
Mash out temp 170 degrees for 10 mins.
6.
Add 1 Tsp of Irish Moss last 15 mins of boil

    Where do you get your wet hops? Do you grow them yourself? I've been trying to find a wet hop supplier and haven't had much luck.
