Special Instructions
1.Steep Grains to 170 degrees (30-40 minutes)
2.Turn off heat and add Malt extract, stir in well
3.Turn on heat and boil for 60 minutes
4.Turn off heat and stir in 1oz of cascade
5.Turn heat back on and boil for 30 minutes
6.Stir in 1oz of cascade, boil for 15 minutes
7.Stir in 1oz of willamette boil for 15 minutes
8.Toss in Clarifier last ten minutes of boil
9.Rapidly Cool to 70 degrees
10.Carefully tansfer to fermnter
11.Pitch Yeast
12.Allow to ferment for 4 weeks at a temperature of 60-70 degrees
13.Bottle, Allow to Sit for 4 weeks at a temperature of 60 degrees maximum
