Special Instructions

1.
12 lts spring water plus 4.5 lts tap water for mash. 1 hr at 65C
2.
Then to 70C for 10 mins mash-out. Then up to 77C for sparging
3.
Sparge with 15lts water (Tap water). Boil. First hops in at 60 mins
4.
Second hops in for 10mins. Half Protofloc tab added for 10 mins too
5.
22 lts collected - Yeast added at 18C 'Pure Brew' added too. SG 1.050
6.
Fermenting very well after 20 hrs @ 20C
7.
Dry hopped on 4th March
8.
Racked off yeast and hops on 6th March SG1.016. Barrel flushed with CO2
9.
Bottled on 16th March with 70 gms of Dex. SG1.014
