Heavily hopped IPA. Too much on the bitter side for my likings, but I do freely admit that I do not like strong IPA's or even DIPA's at all. Colour and hop aroma turned out quite nice though. Would add 0.5 kg Munich malt next time for more colour and body. Would also use only 25 g (instead of 40) of Simcoe.

Bring to boil, add LME and boil for 60 mins, add 2 teaspoons of driedIrish moos ten mins from end of boil
