Special Instructions

Mash at 153F Use 165F water at 1.25 quarts per pound = 15 quarts/3.75 gallon water @165F

lose 1.25 quarts per pound water = 1.5 gallons lost

add one gallon boiling water to get mash to 167-170. then add 1 gallon 170F. Then run
4.
Should get out 4.25 gallons. Add 2.25 gallons @170 for second mash then run
5.
Needed another 2 gallons of water. Was short by 1/2 gallon still
