BSG Recipe Kit - Used priming sugar to up the ABV a bit since I was going to keg. CTZ hops in kit is universal for Columbus, Tomahawk, and Zeus. Used Wyeast Labs smack pack vs kit US -05 dry because I don't like the flavor of the US-05. Irish Moss added 15 minutes to flame out.

Notes:

C02 @ 20 PSI for 2 days in fridge @ 40°. Reduced to 12 PSI for 5 Days. Serving pressure 8 PSI with nice carbonation. Taste: Nice IPA flavor but not over powering. Good combo of both malt and hops that complement each other.
