Special Instructions

1.
Mash for 45 min at 148*
2.
Drain first runnings, sparge to get 6.75 Gal. in kettle.
3.
Boil 30 min., adding hops at beginning.
4.
Cool to 67*, aerate, add yeast, ferment 2 weeks. If slight sulfur aroma is present, give it another week.
5.
Keg with 5 ml. Biofine to promote clarity.
6.
Carbonate at 40 psi for 24 hrs.
