Notes:

actual 6.1% ABV. Couldn't wait, tried one after only 3 days after bottling. Little foam already and nice dark clear redish-amber color. Mild fruity aroma (kinda disappointed), but different hoppy flavor in a good way. Nice, smooth bittering and balanced with caramel malts. Can't wait to try when fully carbonated and little bottle aging.
