Tweaked IPA recipe, with 1 oz of locally roasted and slightly crushed coffee beans added to secondary. EDIT - I found the crushed coffee flavor to be too much. Better cold-brew next time for a milder/less acidic flavor.
1.Moved to secondary after 1 week, bottle-conditioned after 3 weeks.
2.Mash 153
3.Cold brew coffee and add to secondary for one week.

One week of coffee beans in secondary was way too long. It created some off bitter flavors. I would change that step to cold-brewed coffee addition, or maybe just one day of beans on secondary.

I used 4oz of freshly brewed coffee at flame out for a recent recipe. After 2 weeks of conditioning in the bottle, it had a slightly unpleasant bitterness but very pleasant roastiness. After 4 weeks in the bottle, the bitterness has mellowed and the roastiness remains, and it is delicious.
