Special Instructions
1.add 13 quarts (3.25 gallons) at 180F to mash tun, stir until 170F. dough in grains
2.check temp after 10 min, should be between 149 and 156F. let mash for 1 hour, heat sparge water (approx 5 gallons)
3.circulate about a half gallon, then check for conversion with iodine
4.sparge with 200F water, should take about an hour, collect 6-6.5 gallons for boil
5.boil, following hop additions above, add Whirlfloc at 15 min
