Needed a beer I can take camping and be able to drink all day long. A simple grain recipe tried to keep the 2-Row down so I could give the beer more flavor with my malts. Notice my EFFICIENCY is @58%!!!! I need to made a correction/fix my Coleman Xtreme 70 quart homemade Mash Tun Cooler to bring up my efficiency to an 80% I split up my 12.5 gallon wort just before boil. Half I am hopping with Chinook Hops. The other have I am hopping the same but with Citra in place. Also adding about half of a grapefruit peel at 10 minutes.

13 Days since brewing, now in secondary with citra dry hops. Tasting great, little to no taste of grapefruit. FG is at 1.004 making this a 4% beer.
