12oz bottle poured into a Shaker at 45°. Color is a clear golden brown with good carbonation and a tight white head. Aroma is bright citrus hops and a bit of fruit in the back. It has a medium body with a smooth mouth feel. Flavor comes on a nice malt backbone with fruity hops giving tangerine and I think a note of pineapple then a mild bitterness. Aftertaste is fruit and spice with only a hint of the bitterness. Overall I really like it but I'm not sure if it's as balanced as it could be, maybe a little on the sweet side. I think I should shoot for more of a dry finish.
