Going to try 171 strike temp, because grain and air is warm, like 80F outside. Mash started at 153, 1F too warm. should wort into ferm be 7.5 or 8.5? Find out after this batch. Used 1oz Jarrylo 14.2 hops for first wort mash out was 183, in mash was 165, could go a bit warmer, colloected 11G, 1060 Windy, boil wasn't strong enough so OG was low
