2/7/2015 11:12:59 PMHello. I think the taste would have been fantastic had I NOT lost control of my Sparge water which was in the 190's. This caused a very harsh bitterness due to the husks and the dark malts. Stay with a 170 Sparge and you should be fine. Let me know what you think if you choose to try it.
