Notes:

pre bottle condition and carbonation the head was apparent, colour perfect match for a toasty dipa so well pleased. hops punchey and pepper from the northern brewer really comes through, obviously has decent mouthfeel due to the high fg but the slight residual sweetness is balancing a kick ass bitter. Looking forward to these in a week or two.
