brewday start 5:20am mash was only 151. aiming for 154. added a kettle of boiling water when i stir at 45min up'd to 3 oz of bittersweet (just didnt look like much) 1.083 1st runnings 1.071 pre boil 7 gal post boil 5.5 gal 1.095 1.023 on 3.29.16 cold brewed coffee for 12 hours and x'fer to 2nd on 4.6.16. bottled the rest 5.3.16
