3.5.16 started brewday @ 5:30am
mash in @ 6:15
tried a slow sparge. was still pouring 1.064 at 60 min.
ended up filling to 7.75 not 6.5 gallon and doing a 120 min
first hop at 60 minute > 10 > flameout
OG was 1.111!!!! 4.25 gal to the fermenter
3.6.16 Crazy Blowoff!!! lost about 1 gallon. (currently at 3 gallon) smells good. nice pear aroma
x'fer to 2nd on 3.13.16 ( I think OG Was 1.021) 11.6% abv
3.24.16 keg 30 psi for 3.5 min
got 2.3? in the 3 gal keg
